Since my 20 year college reunion is only a few years away, I didn’t think I would be spending more than a second on LifeAfterCollege.org, but I was wrong. In the meandering path that the Internet is prone to take, I somehow landed on the site launched several years ago by Jenny Blake. In her own effort to find her way after college, she ended up inspiring and motivating thousands of people in need of encouragement through their own meandering path.
Jenny is currently a Career Development Program Manager and internal coach at Google, and her first book will be released in March 2011 – Life After College: The Complete Guide to Getting What You Want. Although the video feed via Skype was less than cooperative, she was patient, connecting, and full of life. Her smile is infectious, and I think you’ll be inspired by what she has to share. And, be sure to pre-order her book now!

The Happiness Project: Or, Why I Spent a Year Trying to Sing in the Morning, Clean My Closets, Fight Right, Read Aristotle, and Generally Have More Fun
If you haven’t picked up this book or stopped by Gretchen’s blog, do it for your own good. Do it for your own happiness and joy! She goes on a year-long journey to develop happiness in her life, and she embraces a new theme each month. I loved her level of intention through the process, and I appreciated her honesty when things were challenging or didn’t resonate.
